Two Injured in Wright Co Crash

A driver and his passenger were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Wright County Wednesday on the east side of Delano.

The State Patrol says 77-year-old John Pierce and 78-year-old Susan Fetterer, both from Plymouth, were taken to Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. They were the driver and passenger in an SUV that was southbound on County Line Road.

A semi, driven by a 50-year-old New Jersey man, was traveling westbound on Highway 12. He was not injured.

The vehicles collided in the intersection just before noon.
