Two Killed in Three-Vehicle Crash Northwest of Alexandria

Two people are dead and another is critically injured following a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 94 in Grant County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a Tesla and Toyota were traveling east when the Tesla collided with a westbound Ford Fusion near Erdahl Township Sunday afternoon. The Toyota then struck the vehicles involved in the initial collision.

The drivers of the Tesla and Ford were killed. They are identified as 73-year-old Harold Ennulat of Woodbury and 24-year-old Koleman John Lind of Jamestown, North Dakota.

A passenger in the Tesla, 65-year-old Kari Ennulat of Woodbury, was taken to Saint Cloud Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The Toyota driver, 63-year-old Debra Lea Middleton of Mandan, North Dakota, was not injured. Authorities say alcohol was not suspected. The crash remains under investigation.
