Two Mahnomen County Stolen Vehicle Suspects Arrested with Drugs and Guns

Two men are jailed in northwest Minnesota after being arrested during a stolen vehicle investigation in Mahnomen County.  Sheriff’s deputies located the car Monday near Roy Lake.   Authorities say two suspects tried to flee the scene but were pursued and taken into custody.  More than 11 grams of methamphetamine, 41 hundred dollars in cash, and an AR-style rifle were seized.   The 28-year-old man from Onamia and 23-year-old Mahnomen man are awaiting charges.
