USDA Officials Will Visit Morris, Minn. to Highlight Rural Business Development Grant
USDA Rural Development State Director Colleen Landkamer, alongside other federal officials, will visit Morris, Minn. at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17 to highlight USDA’s Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) program.
Landkamer will visit Stevens County Economic Improvement Commission (SCEIC), an economic development agency dedicated to improving Stevens County’s economy through job retention and growth. SCEIC received a $99,000 RBDG grant for their revolving loan fund. Representatives from companies that have benefited from SCEIC’s services, including Fresha and Superior Industries, will be present. Officials will tour Superior Industries’ plant after the roundtable talk.
