UTV ROLLOVER IN SIBLEY COUNTY INJURES TWO
The Sibley County Sheriff’s Office was called to a UTV rollover near the intersection of 491st Avenue and 246th Street Friday night around 8 pm. Deputies responded and found the Can-Am Maverick UTV had lost a wheel and rolled into the ditch. The driver, 40-year-old Nicholas Schiroo of Gaylord and his passenger 29-year-old Hannah Johnson were both found outside the UTV with what are described as severe injuries. Both were taken to the Ridgeview Arlington campus. Gaylord Fire Department, Gaylord and Winthrop ambulance, the state patrol, North Memorial Air Care and Afterburner Towing all assisted at the scene.
