Section Volleyball play-in finals from Thursday night:

Section 2A;

Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey eliminates Nicollet with a 3 to 0 win, Madelia knocks GFW out of the tournament with a 3 to 1 win and Loyola defeats Springfield in straight sets. Winners play on Monday.

Section 2AA:

Sibley East moves to the second round with a 3 to 1 win over Blue Earth. Maple River ends MVL season with a 3 to 0 win. Winners play Monday.
