Vikes Darrisaw Out For Season

Minnesota Vikings standout left tackle Christian Darrisaw will miss the rest of the season due to a severe left knee injury suffered in Thursday’s 30-20 loss to the Rams in Los Angeles. Darrisaw suffered the injury on a run-blocking play just before halftime of the game. A Rams defender crashed into the leg from the side in hopes of making a tackle on Minnesota running back Aaron Jones. Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell says they will determine the proper medical approach to the injury and he expects Darrisaw to return to his top-caliber form when he fully recovers.
