Vikings Thump Texans, Moved To 3-0

Sam Darnold threw four touchdowns as the Vikings stomped the Texans 34-7 on Sunday afternoon at U.S. Bank Stadium. Jonathan Greenard had three sacks as once again the Vikings defense was stout. They also intercepted Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud twice as the defense was menacing in helping the Vikings improve to 3-0 on the season. Justin Jefferson, Aaron Jones, Jalen Nailor and Johnny Mundt all caught touchdown passed from Darnold as the Vikings Q-B matched his career high for T-D’s in a single game. The Vikings now travel to Green Bay next Sunday for an N-F-C North showdown against the Packers.
