Wild add Hunt

The Wild continued their offseason roster work by signing defenseman Daemon Hunt to a one-year contract. The move comes during a busy stretch for Minnesota, which has also added or re-signed several players in recent days, including Maxin Shabanov, Blake Coleman, Olli Määttä, Nick Foligno, Zach Bogosian and Calvin Pickard. Hunt’s deal gives the Wild another depth option on the blue line as training camp planning begins. It is part of a broader roster reset after Minnesota’s playoff run ended in May.
