Wild beat Toronto
(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Wild came through in the clutch during a 2-1 overtime win over the Toronto Maple Leafs from the Xcel Energy Center last night. Minnesota and Toronto traded goals in the first period before Matt Boldy knocked in the game-winner in the third minute of the extra period. Ryan Hartman also scored for the Wild, who have won three in a row. William Nylander scored in the losing effort. The Leafs have lost five of seven. The Wild host the Kings tomorrow night.
