Wild win in Fleury’s last trip back to Pittsburgh

(Pittsburgh, PA) — Minnesota goaltender Marc Andre-Fleury played in front of the Pittsburgh Penguins for likely the last time as he led the Wild to a 5-3 win overs the Pens at PPG Paints Arena. The former Penguins goaltender made 26 saves in the victory. Valtteri Puustinen and Rickard Rakell each scored in the first period to give Pittsburgh an early 2-0 lead, but the Wild scored the next four goals to take control of the contest. Freddy Gaudreau lit the lamp twice in the victory, while Jakub Lauko, Mats Zuccarello, and Kirill Kaprizov also found the back of the net. The Wild have won five of six. Minnesota is tied for second place in the Central Division with 14 points and a 6-1-and-2 record. The Wild host the Lightning on Friday.
