Willmar Man Sentenced to 7 Years for Selling Fentanyl to Man Who OD’d

(Learfield News/Willmar, MN) — A Willmar man has been sentenced to over seven years in prison for selling a man a lethal dose of fentanyl.

Twenty-year-old Xavier Soto sold fentanyl to a man in January, which the man died from.

Soto took a deal and pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and must also pay $903 in restitution.
