WOLNER OUT ON BAIL AHEAD OF MURDER TRIAL

The suspect in the fatal shooting of Tyson Goodsell is out on bail.  The Martin County Jail says Ryan Wolner paid a minimum of 10% of his $2.5-million bail using collateral to cover at least part of the payment.  Wolner appeared in Blue Earth County Court in June for a violation hearing tied to previous charges from a November incident.  Bail for that was set at $2-million, in addition to the bail already set for charges related to the shooting of Goodsell May 23.
