Wolves beat Rockets in Summer League
(Las Vegas, NV) — The Minnesota Timberwolves wrapped up N-B-A Summer League pool play action with a 93-83 win over the Houston Rockets in Las Vegas last night. The Wolves raced out to a 29-16 lead after the first quarter and never looked back. Leonard Miller led the way with 21 points and 11 rebounds, while Daishen Nix had 16 points. The Wolves finished Summer League preliminary action with a 3-1 record. Minnesota will have one more game against an opponent to be determined either tomorrow or Sunday.
