Wolves Move On

The Minnesota Timberwolves have punched their ticket to the N-B-A Western Conference Finals in historic fashion. Minnesota advanced to its first conference final since 2004 with a 98-90 win over the defending champion Denver Nuggets last night in Game Seven at Ball Arena in Denver. Minnesota rallied from a 58-38 deficit to pull off the largest Game Seven comeback in league history. The Wolves outscored Denver by 23-points in the second half to erase a 15-point halftime lead for the Nuggets. Minnesota’s Jaden McDaniels and Karl-Anthony Towns scored a team-high 23 points apiece. Anthony Edwards finished with 16 points, eight boards and seven assists. The T-Wolves will play the Dallas Mavericks for the right to go to the N-B-A Finals. Game One is set for Wednesday in Minneapolis at 7:30 P-M.
