WOMAN KILLED BY FALLING TREE LIMB IN RURAL BROWN COUNTY
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a woman was killed when she was hit in the head by a falling tree limb Monday afternoon in Linden Township near Hanska. Authorities say they were called at 2:40 pm to 14561 112th Avenue. Emergency responders from Hanska Fire and Allina ambulance starting life-saving measures but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name is not being released pending family notification. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine the manner of death. The investigation is continuing.
