Empowering Communities, Celebrating Minnesota Locally

Wright County Community Health Survey

BUFFALO, MN – From August to October, residents across Wright County will have access to an online community health survey.

Participation in the survey is voluntary, takes about 10 minutes, and is anonymous.

Officials say the questions in this survey all relate a variety of health topics that impact Wright County residents.

Results of this survey will be shared with community partners and the public.

This survey will be the fifth community health survey done in Wright County since 2012.

Officials say the survey data received are critical for learning more about health behaviors of the population, identifying emerging issues, and hearing the health strengths and concerns of county residents.
